The Real Math

An idle machine is a quiet way to set money on fire.

Estimates on the real cost of forklift downtime range from $500 an hour at a small operation to $20,000 an hour at a large distribution center, and some industrial operations clock it higher than that. Whatever the number is at your facility, it's bigger than the cost of fixing the truck.

We don't promise we can make every breakdown go away. We promise we can shorten the hours.

Machine down right now?

Don't fill out a form. Call. A human answers during business hours. After hours and weekends, the recording gives you the emergency number — that's Philip's cell, and it rings through.

How It Works

A service call, start to finish.

  1. 01

    You call.

    (985) 446-1750. A human picks up during business hours. After hours and weekends, the recording gives you the emergency number — Philip's cell. Tell us where the machine is, what it's doing, and what it stopped doing.

  2. 02

    We dispatch or schedule.

Emergency, we roll. Non-emergency, we schedule the soonest slot that works for both of us. Either way, you get a confirmation and an ETA.

  3. 03

    We diagnose.

On-site or in-shop. Honest diagnosis. Real options. Repair, rebuild, replace, or rent something while we work on yours.

  4. 04

    We fix it.

Parts from our shelf or shipped overnight. Labor by our techs. Documentation for your file.

  5. 05

    You get back to work.

Followed up with a PM plan, if you want one. We don't push it. Some shops don't need it. Most do.

When the machine quits

We don't.
